Our office sits right along the parade route, giving you the option to stay warm inside with indoor viewing, step outside for street-side excitement, or swing in to grab a bite before heading back out.

• Build-your-own chili bar
• Pizza, hot cocoa, popcorn, and treats
• Indoor seating with large window views of the parade
• Live parade stream inside for those who prefer staying warm
• Drop-in or stay for the full parade—your choice!
